A little about our journey…

We first opened J & J Brides in 2016 which specialised in ex-sample bridal dresses. We loved helping brides find stunning dresses at amazing prices. We always aimed to make sure bride enjoyed the experience, felt at ease and made special memories.

When the opportunity arose to expand our collection and help even more brides, we could not wait! With a large first floor showroom , three private changing rooms and space to have prom & bridesmaid dresses, it was a dream come true for us.

Having been best friends for over 20 years, and having had similar experiences when looking for our own dresses, we really believe the main focus should always be making the bride feel comfortable. Shopping for a wedding dress should be about having fun and exploring what styles and shapes suit you. So even if we don’t have THE dress, we hope we have helped and made it an enjoyable experience. We want to help brides, on various budget, find their dream dress!

To make all ladies that come in to see us feel at ease! We know from our own experience when looking for a wedding dress it can be an intimidating experience. We want to assure you we want to make your appointment relaxed and fun, with no sales pressure. Our aim is to help you explore styles and find out what works for you.

We offer the full boutique experience with our three private rooms, complete with seating for your guests. Having a fully private room, we found makes the whole experience much more relaxing and fun.

We have over 150 bridal dresses throughout our collection of Outlet, Curve and designer gowns. Our Outlet collection is perfect for a bride on a budget or in a hurry. Our Curve collection is very popular with over 20 dresses in size 22 and above in a variety of styles, to allow ladies to find a dress they feel fantastic in.
