Here are answers to the questions we hear most often, to help you feel ready and excited for your visit.
Are appointments free?
Yes. Bridal and prom appointments are free. Use the separate booking links to choose the right type of appointment.
Will I have a private fitting room?
Yes. Your fitting room is reserved for you and your guests, with a member of our team helping you throughout your appointment.
How many people can I bring?
We recommend up to three guests so you can enjoy your appointment comfortably with your favourite people.
How much are your wedding dresses?
Our reorder wedding dresses range from £1,299 to £1,999, and our outlet dresses range from £599 to £1,299. Tell us your budget at the start so we can help you choose what to try. Accessories and alterations are additional costs.
When should I start looking?
Start looking once you have your wedding date. Most wedding dresses ordered in can take up to five months to arrive, so allow plenty of time for delivery and any alterations afterwards. We’ll explain the expected timing for your chosen dress before you order. If your wedding is soon, our outlet collection offers off-the-peg options, with time still needed for any alterations.
Do you have curve dresses to try on?
Yes. We have a dedicated Curve collection, with samples in sizes 22 to 30 and plenty of styles to try on.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear underwear you feel comfortable in. A strapless bra can be useful if you have one, but it is not essential. Bring a few inspiration pictures if you like, and avoid fresh fake tan or heavy makeup that could transfer onto the dresses.
What if I have no idea what suits me?
That is a normal place to start. We’ll try a few different shapes together and use what you like about each dress to guide the next choice.
Can I spread the cost?
Payment options are available. We’ll explain the deposit, balance and due dates for your purchase before you commit.
Are alterations included?
No. Alterations are charged separately. We’ll explain the arrangements, and the seamstress will advise on the work and cost before it begins.
What if my size changes?
Tell us about any expected changes before ordering. Alteration options depend on the dress, its construction and the amount of adjustment needed, so we’ll discuss your options individually.
Is the boutique on the ground floor?
Our showroom is on the first floor, which is worth keeping in mind if you or a guest has mobility or access requirements.
